Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT)
EFT stands for Emotional Freedom Technique. EFT is a treatment which helps to relieve your physical and emotional pain. EFT is a practical self-help method that involves using the fingers to gently tap on the body’s acupuncture points along the meridian lines of Chinese medicine. It is often referred to as ‘EFT Tapping’ or simply as ‘Tapping’. The therapeutic effects of this technique are recognised around the world. For example, one can use EFT tapping for anxiety, trauma, weight, pain, PTSD and stress.
It gives you a scientifically proven way to become calm, clear and in control without medications or side effects. EFT allows you to remove overwhelming feelings, panic and emotional & physical discomfort using the body’s natural calming buttons. You can use this “tapping and talking” system anywhere at any time. It’s designed to be both easy to learn and use and is suitable for personal and professional use.
Reiki
With Reiki sessions, you can achieve holistic wellness by promoting relaxation and calmness and reducing negative and limiting feelings. Reiki practitioners use their hands to deliver energy to your body through gentle touch.
Reiki can bring many benefits to your overall health and well-being and has many positive effects. Reiki improves sleep, self-confidence, depression, and mood. You will feel calm, inner peace rebalanced and relaxed when you receive Reiki healing.
